Kennedy Krieger Institute chooses Simple Information for website upgrade.
Baltimore, March 01, 2016: On March 1, 2016 Simple Information announced that it has been chosen by Kennedy Krieger Institute (kennedykrieger.org) to upgrade their website to Drupal 7.
Kennedy Krieger Institute Inc. and Affiliates (KKI) comprise a $300M organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and young adults pediatric developmental disabilities and disorders of the brain, spinal cord and musculoskeletal system, through patient care, special education, research, and professional training.
KKI’s website is an amalgam of websites for its main campus and affiliated programs including PACT (an affiliate that helps children age five and under), an online magazine called “Potential Magazine,” The International Center for Spinal Cord Injury as well as special sections for KKI’s Departments, Centers, and Programs.
Because of internal constraints, KKI will not update its design; however, SI has been asked to make the current design mobile friendly by converting the current design to be responsive for mobile devices like iPhone, iPad, Android phones, tablets, and more.
Simple Information was chosen because of their extensive experience in migrating large websites to Drupal including Drupal’s latest release, Drupal 8.
